Welcome

As a psychotherapist, I assist people who suffer from social anxiety disorder by providing evidence-based psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Exposure Therapy. I provide sessions remotely via texting and/or over the phone. Since the most common symptom of social anxiety disorder is fear of face-to-face social interaction, people can sometimes be reluctant to seek out treatment in an office setting, face-to-face with their therapist. When this happens, the symptom can become a barrier to treatment. Providing remote therapy via texting or over the phone addresses the fear of face-to-face interaction that can happen in an office. During our time together, I aim to provide sessions that best suit your needs and create a positive therapy experience.

In addition to therapy sessions, I have developed an 8-week introductory course to help you start addressing your social anxiety.
